RSDC Team

	Adi Nubudaradara Administration Support Adi has recently moved to Mackay from Sydney, and previously from Fiji. She has been a welcome member of the RSDC team since June 2010. Adi has successfully completed Certificates II and III in Business Administration and her experience includes working as a receptionist and office assistant in Sydney.
	Michelle Ruddell Regional Community Development Worker Michelle’s connection with RSDC started, as a student volunteer in 2003 where the methodology of Community Development was explained and put into practice creating a real connection to her studies and other work undertaken in the community. Over the past 10 years Michelle has worked in both non-government and government organizations including working with Young people, Women, Homelessness, and Domestic Violence. Michelle also taught Community Services at CQIT Mackay, including Community Development, Networking and Organisational Practice. Contact Michelle
	Debbie Hildebrand Administration Debbie is the first point of contact for visitors to the RSDC, and she has worked with the organisation since 2008. Debbie has more than six years experience in administration, having previously worked in manufacturing and in her own indoor cricket company. She also worked for South African Breweries doing credit management. Contact Debbie
	Deborah Rae Business Development Coordinator Deborah started with MRCSD in 2005 as a student doing an Action Research field assignment. She has also worked as the organisation’s Regional Community Development Coordinator. Deborah’s background is working in training, quality management and sector development roles within community services. Her qualifications include a Masters of Social Administration (Community Development) and Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management. Contact Deborah
	Gary Matthews Website Co-ordinator Gary has worked and volunteered in the community sector for most of his working life. He believes that the web can play a vital role in communication for non government organisations and service users. Gary has been part of the RSDC team since 2006, working in community housing and website development.
	Kym Spandley Creative Generators Project Worker Kym moved to Mackay in January 2008. She has worked in the community sector for ten years across the Wide Bay Burnett and Mackay regions in various Community Development roles, including Festival Coordinator, RADF Liaison Officer, Neighbourhood Centre Coordinator, QCOSS Regional Sector Development Worker and Homelessness Early Intervention and Prevention. 	Suzanne Gaiter Book Keeper Suzanne has more than 25 years of office experience and has been a member of the RSDC team since 2006. Her previous work experience includes seven years with the Show Association as a book keeper and general office administrator, and four years as a treasurer for a local Parents and Citizens Association. This keeps her in touch with the community and maintains her commitment to the importance of community values.
