Regional Voice and Connectedness

Empowering people to have a voice through participation and connection is a key part of the way we work.

From our experience, we have seen the long-term impact this approach can have in fostering grassroot action and inspiring community-owned change.

For our Greater Whitsunday region, it is essential that we continue to support an active regional voice that connects community members with their local leaders, groups, service providers and government. Ensuring the issues and concerns of people who live and work in regional Queensland are heard and acknowledged is vital for community wellbeing in these localities.

We invest and promote community leadership opportunities and regional connection through face-to-face and online engagements.
